COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Ultimate Bison and Wagyu BEEF PATTIEs may be cooked in a thawed or frozen state. For best results, do not overcook.

ON THE GRILL:

Place the PATTY on a medium-high grill until juices come through. Flip the PATTY overand continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160° F.

 

PAN FRY ON THE STOVE:

Place PATTY in preheated (medium) skillet & cook COVERED until the juices come through (about 3-4 minutes). Flip the PATTY over & continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160° F.
